MEET THE TEAM
James Brown - Director
James began with a career in Agriculture, which resulted in him landing several roles within the industry resulting in the completion of a three-year farm management course at an Agricultural college. Working in this sector meant long hours, hard work and exposed James to many different skills. Agricultural work means you have to be pragmatic, adapt to situations and circumstances beyond your control and work in a team where everyone’s role is key in making things run smoothly.
After several years in the Agricultural sector, James then worked as a rental manager for a specialist truck rental firm where customer service and business skills were learnt alongside managing staff and how to treat them so they feel valued. This role provided a good foundation for James to start his own property services company in 2004.
James traded as a sole trader and saw the business develop which included carrying out building and construction works on insurance claims ranging from loss of water to escape of oil claims.
In 2011, James became a director of an oil loss remediation company where he helped to grow the company and establish it as one that could provide a quality service to the insurance sector. In addition to general directorship roles James was very hands-on with carrying out site assessment works, planning remedial strategies, project managing sites and helping to create and oversee a trusted contractor network. This role saw James work and oversee major and complex fuel and oil loss insurance claims, including high profile aircraft crashes.
Steve Jeffery - Technical Director
Steve’s career began within the construction industry, eventually working as a Senior Construction Project Manager for the Mace Group gaining exceptional experience in general construction within a number of sectors. Steve has worked extensively within the UK, across Europe and is able to build relationships and adapt quickly to work within many cultures and environments. Steve setup Trinity Construction Ltd to deliver the same methodology of large construction to a domestic market, building large extensions and houses. Whilst maintaining this business, Trinity Construction started to develop relationships and contracts within the property insurance claims market. This enabled Trinity Construction to work on domestic and commercial property claims for loss adjusters and household insurers. Trinity Construction also provided services to the environmental claims market, working closely with remediation companies. Trinity Environmental Ltd was born out of a desire to serve the property insurance market with an industry understanding, providing a competitive price with excellent standards.
