Trinity Environmental was formed in May 2020 by James Brown and Stephen Jeffrey with the vision of delivering high-quality construction services to the insurance claims market. With over 20 years of experience within the environmental, property insurance sectors and construction industry, Steve and James understood the common frustrations clients faced during the claims process and were committed to making it smoother and more efficient. Our approach was to operate on clear, transparent, and honest communication, ensuring that clients feel supported at every stage.

By combining expertise with a client-focused mindset and adapting processes to evolving needs, Trinity delivers cost effective, solution-driven services that exceed expectations while upholding trust and reliability as core values.

I oversee people, culture, and strategic operations, focusing on the practical workings of the business and the relationships that strengthen it. Drawing on 10+ years’ experience serving on management teams through periods of growth and change and with a background in coaching, I bring a steady, thoughtful approach to supporting the team and maintaining healthy systems.

I believe that how people feel at work matters as much as what they’re working toward, and my focus will always be on fostering strong relationships and a healthy culture that honours the human side of business.

Outside of work, I love a good muddy walk with my dog, strong coffee, time with friends and family, and getting lost in a book.

Hayley

People & Financial Operations

From my start in Agriculture, I learned the value of hard work, pragmatism, and teamwork during long hours, culminating in a farm management qualification.

Transitioning to rental management, I developed crucial customer service and staff management skills. This solid foundation led me to establish my own property services company in 2004, handling complex building and insurance claims.

Becoming a director at an oil loss remediation company in 2011, I focused on strategic growth and hands-on project management for major claims, including high-profile cases. Now, I leverage this deep industry knowledge at Trinity Environmental Ltd.

James

Founder & Director

I’m passionate about helping those involved and affected by an environmental claim or incident and the challenges they present. I'm committed to providing a professional, honest approach and service with clear communication every step of the way.

My background spans managing insurance claims, building projects, and general operations, giving me a well-rounded approach in dealing with various environmental issues.

To relax and recharge, I enjoy walking, biking, and listening to all kinds of music. I also occasionally lend a hand to my wife with her autism charity.

Paul

Operations Manager

Steve built a career within the construction industry, eventually working as a Senior Construction Project Manager for the Mace Group gaining exceptional experience in general construction within a number of sectors.

Steve has worked extensively within the UK, across Europe and is able to build relationships and adapt quickly to work within many cultures and environments. Steve has been involved in the delivery of mission and business critical Data Centre facilities for a number of Blue Chip FTSE 100 companies, he believes in the importance of integrating a “total quality” construction methodology within the overall project and building infrastructure services to meet and surpass each client’s goals and project objectives.
